Extremely Unprofessional and Misleading Service I availed bed bug pest control service from this company in October. At the time of payment, they confidently assured me that if bed bugs appeared again within one year, they would provide free follow-up service. This assurance was a major reason I chose them. However, their words mean absolutely nothing. For the last three months, I have been continuously calling them after bed bugs reappeared. Most of the time, they intentionally avoid calls. On the rare occasions they answer, they give false promises, saying they will visit "this weekend" or "on a specific day." When the promised day arrives, no one comes, and there is zero communication afterward. Calls go unanswered again. This is not just poor service — it is dishonest and unethical behavior. Giving a warranty and then completely ignoring customers is unacceptable. They are quick to take money but completely disappear when it’s time to honor their commitment. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer support. If you are considering this service, be aware that their one-year assurance is meaningless. Once they get paid, they simply stop responding. I strongly do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

When you call them for the first time, they respond very nicely. After completing their work, they give a one-year guarantee. However, once you start facing problems, they stop answering your calls and begin ignoring your messages. Even if they receive your call, they say, "Okay ma’am, we will look into it," but then continue to ignore your issues. Very bad experience. I will never recommend their services to anyone.

This person is very unprofessional, he took money giving warranty of 15 months, later from October cockroaches have developed and my wife followed up for November and now yesterday he assured me of pest control yesterday itself but, now not picking up phone. These people should be blacklisted

Pest control done in April'25 & yet awaited bill from vendor. Calling repeatedly to concer person Mr Ved Prakash, has diverted my call & not responding.Within a span 4 months again found flies,insect,ant, cockroach & lizard too.Very bad experienced never and ever.Neither providing any further assistance and solutions and avoiding calls.It represent bad images of solutions provider.

Pest control was done very nicely for cockroaches. From next day onwards itself, there were no cockroaches seen. Happy with the service. Would surely recommend to others.
