I use this service 2 years. And so happy. Yesterday I gave my clothes, today I take - clean and ironing. It’s give me possibility to don’t waist my time for laundry myself. And I like friendly and lovely staff, Rajendra especially. It’s so pleasant to come there. Thank you for your service.

I always brought my laundry there… three times a week….it became my routine in Rishikesh. They were always so friendly and supportive. I love how they fold the clothes with care, and the good vibes they always bring to us. Truly appreciated! 🙂

I had a terrible experience with this laundry service. Not only did they damage my jacket and leave stains on it, but when I went back to discuss the issue, they behaved extremely arrogantly. Instead of listening, they kept arguing and wasting my time. When I politely asked for the owner’s number or details about their compensation policy, they refused and didn’t allow me to speak to anyone responsible. The worst part? My earphones went missing while my items were with them. When I brought it up, they completely ignored the issue. One of their crew saw my earphone kept at the table and other ignore it saying we didn't saw it. Three staff members even surrounded me and kept arguing unnecessarily, trying to intimidate me. And when I tried to record the situation for my safety, they started imitating me and mocking me. Highly unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. I will never return here, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. They don’t respect customers, they don’t take responsibility, and clearly they don’t mind stealing or damaging your belongings.

Great laundry service. The staff is friendly, my clothes always come back clean, and they’ve never lost anything. They’ve been on time every visit except one in over three months, which is impressive. Easy, reliable place to get laundry done in Tapovan.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this laundry service. When I asked for the owner’s contact number and their compensation policy, they refused to provide any information and didn’t allow me to speak to the owner at all. On top of that, three staff members surrounded me and continued arguing, which felt extremely unprofessional and intimidating. A customer comes for service, not for disrespect. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Charged 140/- for wash and fold for 500gm weight. I paid online when I dropped off. Went to collect the next evening as advised and they couldn’t find my clothes. They asked for a number/slip. I said I was given nothing. Finally after checking the computer with my phone number, and me providing proof of payment, they found me but my name was spelt wrong which is why there was a problem. Getting back to the hotel, I decided to check their reviews and looked at my laundry. And sure enough, I could tell they had been dried to death, there was shrinkage and very creased. Luckily they were not expensive items. My main concern is the persons attitude. Ridiculing, couldn’t care less and basically laughed at me. I wouldn’t go unless you are desperate. I’m sure there are other local laundries that will love your business, look after your clothing and treat you with respect.
