Scam alert!! These people are cheaters. Don't waste your money on this so called agency. Firstly, they charge 1000 for registration and 20,000 for 6 months as SERVICE charge for providing third class service. On top of that they demand 20,000 (1 month salary of the cook) as additional security. They don't have quality maids/cooks too. You can find helps in half price in your area for which they charge double the help's salary plus service charge plus additional security i.e., around Rs. 60,000/- without any security or guarantee of the cook. The owner Kanchan will talk very politely in the starting and will show her true colours eventually. Once, we deposit the money, we are bound by them and talking from other's reviews they send unwilling people just for the sake of taking their service charge. Edited: You are talking about not able to afford a maid. We were ready to give you 20,000 as service charge and 20,000 to the cook but the additional security of 20,000 you are talking about is complete nonsense. You can't even afford a decent office and decent workers whom you are calling "our executives". Anyhow, keep the 1000rs as I know you can't afford to pay it back. You cheaters!

I recently used BookMyMaid, and it was a disappointing experience. Customer service was unhelpful when I raised concerns. Definitely not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend.

The services given by Kanchan Mam are good, and they try their best to provide helpers as per the requirements of the client. I have been taking their services since past couple of years and have recommended to many. If someone needs helpers, must contact them.

They take 1000 for registration and 20000 for service charges and never share aadhar card of company owner Ms kanchan singh. No authenticity. Office is located in poorly located area which they can shut down in 30 seconds. they might be good but if they cannot provide their aadhar card, authenticity is big question

The company is nice, and their services are upto expectations. Their friendly and efficient staff made the entire experience pleasant. It is convenient to book a maid. Their user-friendly booking process made the entire experience hassle-free.

Quite responsive in my case and consider my special needs with utmost care. Kanchan ma'am, the owner personally looks for my comfort as I am am on wheelchair. Aarti, the employee of the company equally pays attention to my needs. Overall, quite satisfied

According to their so-called agreement, they are supposed to provide three replacement maids at around ₹12k/month. Their strategy seems to be offering inexperienced girls who lack essential skills (not worth ₹6,000 a month) and then replacing them with equally unqualified maids. This leads to frequent replacements and a significant amount of money for the agency. I recommend avoiding them.
