We have received the quotation from them for complete cleaning of newly constructed home. They quoted 10k and on the day of cleaning first 3 were working then in the middle one came and another went. No proper final output from them in one room itself. We asked to clean him again n again but he started quarrelling they cant manage with the price quoted for this tough cleaning of tile joints. When we asked he started quarelling and left the place. We asked for the refund leaving out the amount for half cleaned room he denied and promised to do any other cleaning services. We called them to clean our water tanks they didn’t turn around and didn’t even attend the call. Customer relationship is poor with them.

The commitment they gave and the final output was totally different. . four persons came to work and one left in the afternoon. The third person was new to the Job and he didn’t know anything. They are not aware of where to use the acid chemicals. They literally poured on the floor and damaged the flooring polish. Totally unprofessional and not recommending.
