Fully satisfied with their cleaning services! This was my first time giving them 8 pairs of shoes, and I’m extremely impressed. They provided free pick-up and drop, kept me updated throughout by sharing pictures of the shoes, and even informed me about any wear and tear in advance. I was charged only after delivery, which shows their confidence in their work. All the hard stains were removed, the shoes look fresh, clean, and almost like new. The attention to detail, care in handling, and customer service were top-notch. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to give their shoes a new life!

The laundry services offered by Klening are excellent and professional. Due to frequent travels, we found it very difficult to manage the clothes. Thanks to Klening, the clothes are in good state now. Prashant is very helpful and professional. He shares updates on WhatsApp. Kalyan, the pick-up and delivery guy, has been prompt. On the whole, I am happy with how thorough they are. Every cloth is tagged and tracked. Pick-up and delivery are done on time. Clothes are segregated, neatly packed, and delivered. This person who owns this place is a scammer. He ruined my very valuable Benares saree that I gave for dry cleaning which has a value of 30k. He ruined the saree to such extent that the colour had seeped down to the border and he gave it for dyeing without any prior information to me and changed the entire colour of the saree. The saree in green is the condition in which I’ve given and the brown saree is the after dyeing saree that the person has given me. Please stay away from this place if you wish to keep your clothes safe.

The rates shown for wash & fold in website was 70/kg, when I tried to schedule pick up , It was informed that minimum 700 billing will be required for pick up service. I have decided to visit the laundry and drop the cloths for laundry as I was having less quantity around 8 kgs. After reaching at laundry it was informed that charges for bedsheets are different (150/kg) than laundry & fold services and delivery period is 4 days for normal service and for 24 Hrs and 48 Hrs delivery they are having premium charges. As there were cummunication gap in the charges mentioned in website and details shared at store, I have decided to not take services. However behaviour of staff was good but I request to mention all details at website for clear cummunication. Thank You
