The service was poorly done, leaving several spots uncleaned. When I pointed these out, they kept insisting the stains showed up afterward. They assured me of a follow-up cleaning but never turned up. I’m very unhappy with the experience and would not recommend their services. Moreover they use young kids for this job and I’m not supportive of child labor.

I hired them for my office cleaning, I surprised that they have done tremendous job. They have all advanced equipments for floor cleaning and chairs shampooing. I really impressed.

Pathetic cleaning, these guys spent 2 days without doing anything. They didn't had any good cleaning materials and instead were using normal collins and surf. Kitchen chimney trolleys were not even wiped. Very unprofessional and inexperienced people. I have shared some photos of what they left

These are the marks left all over my house after they used a scrubbing machine and the cloth for wiping the house. I strongly advise against using their services, as the workers are not professionals but locals. We had to constantly supervise them because they didn’t bother to change the cleaning cloths they were using. Despite providing them with extra clean cloths for dusting and cleaning, the house is now covered in marks from their dirty wipes. . . After using the scrubbing machine, whose house ends up looking like this—especially after paying ₹11,000 for a full house cleaning service? I can assure you that these marks were not there before and only appeared because the cleaning was not done properly.

The cleaning service is not at all good. I booked urban clap service initially , and later switched to SS home deep cleaning because they are charging 1000 rupees less. For a 2bhk complete house cleaning they charged 6500 rupees. 3 guys came for cleaning out of which only one guy is professional and knows how to do the job . The others just tried to skip the work the whole day. Need to monitor them continuously. When I show them that there is dust on a dining table chair / glass / fan / sofa , their response is - ‘Sorry ! This item is not there in our service ‘. I don’t know what do they mean by ‘ full house cleaning ‘ when they do not even cover basic items like dining table , pillows and tables and fans. Very very worst service . The owner also blindly supports their staff without even considering the customer. I regret cancelling urban clap service just for 1000 rupees and these guys are worst. I even ordered them chicken biryani for their lunch, thinking they might be low on energy and may need to eat well. My whole day went on with worrying , frustration , continuous calls to the owner and continuous monitoring. I always get the home cleaning from urban clap once in 4 months and never faced these issues at all. Lesson learnt. I don’t not recommend them at all.

Fake people… fake service… don’t pay money…worst workers and management All reviews are fake.. because the workers to half half work and demand full money… better choice other
