Tumbledry Dry Clean & Laundry Service

Very Bad Experience with Tumbledry (Silchar Branch) I trusted Tumbledry because they show clear pricing in their app, but the reality is totally different. In the app, they show one rate, but when I gave my clothes in the physical store, they charged me another, much higher rate. This is nothing but cheating customers! I had given: 9 pcs Heavy Saree 5 pcs Blouse 1 Men’s Jeans 1 Men’s Shirt The rates shown in the app and the rates charged in the store were not matching at all. When I asked them, they had no proper answer. If a brand is working nationwide, then one service should have one price everywhere. Why mislead customers with fake app prices and then charge extra in-store? This is not professional, it’s pure overcharging. I feel very disappointed and cheated. If Tumbledry really cares about its customers, they must fix this immediately. Otherwise people will lose trust in them.

Gatiya service take too much time to deliver its already being 10 days till now they didn't deliver it. I will again write the review after they deliver

Horrible experience. The customer service agents who attend to calls and emails are as useless as the local store employees. Damaged a family heirloom saree without any compensation whatsoever. I opted for a different store next time. This time, they overcharged unreasonably and damaged a pure silk blouse. Charges didn’t tally with their price list. On complaining, they said this was because of express delivery that I opted for. I had actually opted for express delivery of two jackets. Simple arithmetic would help anyone to know that they charged much more than what should have been the actual cost. I had also given them three blouses. They delivered these three after 7 days. They charged per blouse at a rate higher than the highest charge for blouse in their price list. And damaged one blouse!! I don’t know how incompetent these people are that they managed to change the colour of the blouse!!! Repeated phone calls and emails were met with the same ordeal. They make you repeat the entire nonsense only to promise you that you will receive a call from some stupid team of theirs. If they ever reply to a mail in a rare instance, they will reply in a way which makes you wonder whether they have basic comprehension issues or they are doing it intentionally to avoid compensation. Incompetent thugs!!

Worst service pathetic experience, staff are irresponsible they don't have any interest to work , I called customer care multiple time to complain customer care executive also same arrogant behaviour Totally wast of time strictly not recommending this place don't loss your self respect in this place , staff are unprofessional they are confident about nothing issues they gonna face after behave like nonsense with customer I wish this review feedback reach to there owner

Good services but prices are very high specially for express services.
