Car Cleaning  (Exterior foam wash / Interior detailing) Service Review Timeliness: Appointments should be strictly followed as per the scheduled time. My booking was at 4:00 PM, but the team arrived at 5:45 PM. Being punctual will definitely improve customer satisfaction and overall experience. Overall Service Quality: The overall cleaning service provided was good. The team was polite and worked sincerely on the vehicle. Interior Detailing – Scope for Improvement: While the interior detailing was decent, there is room for improvement. Steam cleaning can be included as part of the interior detailing process for a more thorough finish. Foot Pedals Cleaning: The foot pedals should also be cleaned properly during interior detailing, as they are high-usage areas and tend to accumulate dirt. Stepney (Spare Wheel) Storage Area: The stepney storage compartment should be cleaned without the customer having to specifically request it. It should ideally be part of the standard checklist. Sunroof Cleaning: For cars equipped with a sunroof, it would be great if the team could open the sunroof and clean the trackway area as part of the detailing process. Finishing Touches: After completing the service, they can enhance the customer experience by: Placing a protective paper foot mat on the driver’s side (near the foot pedals) and passenger side with a "Thank You" message. Providing a small hanging car perfume as a finishing touch. Final Thoughts: Apart from the delay in timing, the rest of the service was good. Since this is a new business, I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt and looking forward to seeing improvements in the future. I would consider calling them again and hope to see these enhancements implemented.

Steam Cleaning was really good. It looks like new. They are using perfume based chemicals for carpet and sofa cleaning. Did the job very well. Very Punctual
