It's been 5 days since I've done my payment. After the payment was done there has been no response from HiCare. Just for the purpose of selling the packages you all say we are the best in Market and what not. Worst service I've seen in any Service related industry.

I paid for bed bug treatment. I got 2 services plus 1 service in 45 days. But of no use. As soon as the warranty period expires the bugs are back. Actually the money every 45 days like mobile recharge. Please search some better pest control services company.

Paid for yearly service . No one came on the scheduled date and no text or call came for causing inconvenience. When someone texted about the rescheduling they were unprofessional and didn't reply with the expected the schedule . Still awaiting the reply . Call centre didn't answer as well and asked to contact the chat services , which again didn't reply to the concern at all. Its been a week that I made the payment . Highly unprofessional.

Good job by Vijay sonu. I have been using hicare services for mosquito and cockroach control since 6 years. The treatment is quite effective and service is prompt. The herbal device for mosquitoes is a good innovation , effective and health plus environment friendly .

Worst ever pest control company . I took their AMC back to back two years . For Y 23-24 , service quality was worst . Quality of service and work of technician are pathetic and no affect on cockroaches control . Only interest is to make money . Excellent marketing and call centre to follow up for AMC and money but no one bother about services . Do not fall in their nice marketing trap . I alredat wasted my good sum of money

Vijay sonu Tecnician's work was ok ok not the best.. He was applying gel to switch board which was killing our new look painting and damaging walls plus its dangerous to apply on switch board also he was in hurry was not doing work with patience.

Ganesh Sonawane was a thorough professional. Was on time, ensured work was done with minimal interference and medicine that Hicare provides for cockroach treatment has been excellent. I have been using their service for 10+ years.
