We hired a nanny in Pune through My House Maid and honestly had a good experience. The nanny is caring and handles the baby really well. The overall process was smooth and reliable. I hve tried a few other agencies too... and like with any agency...there are usually some issues....calls not getting answered, delayed responses, etc. But compared to others, I faced much fewer problems with Abhishek and his team. They were supportive and responsive. I am happy with the service and wouldd definitely recommend My House Maid to my friends.

When the service initially started, I faced a few problems, because of which I felt quite disappointed and had even posted a negative review. At that time, I was honestly very stressed and unhappy with the experience. However, the MyHouseMaid team later personally reached out to me, listened to my concerns patiently, and handled everything very responsibly. They resolved each issue step by step and made sure I was comfortable. Now the service is regular, smooth, and completely tension-free. The maid is sincere in her work, and my overall experience has improved a lot. Problems can happen in the beginning, but what truly matters is how a company handles them. Because of their genuine effort and support, I am now fully satisfied and happily updating my review to 5 stars.

My housemaid has been a great help in managing our home. The maid they gave us. She is very hardworking, trustworthy, and always keeps the house clean and organized. Don’t fall for the fancy photos they uploaded. And I can guarantee most of the positive reviews are fake or written by their team. I hired from this agency after being referred to them, but my experience was terrible. The coordination was a complete mess. Because so many people were involved, my requirements were never properly communicated between each other. They have way more employees than clients. The maids and nannies they sent were inexperienced and unprofessional. They spent a lot of time on their phones (one nanny gave the phone to my child too) and it was clear that the agency doesn't do any sort of reference check. Like 0. They think getting an ID card is reference check! The most frustrating part was dealing with them for replacements - they ask you to increase budget or mention I changed requirements (again, multiple involvement created this). Getting a refund was a huge pain, and I had to endure three months of nonsense and a bad attitude from the owner, Abhishek. They rarely answer calls, making it a nightmare to get a response. If they don’t refund your money, go to their office & demand it. If you are considering this service, I strongly advise against it. However, if you do decide to use them, only hire on a three-month basis & renew another 3 months & so on - never pay 1 year advance. Trust me, you do not want to go through the headache of trying to get your money back from them.

I live overseas..while my parents stay in Mumbai, so managing things from abroad can be stressful. Abhishek and his team made it much easier by helping with the maid and handling all the coordination smoothly.
