They used same cotton cloth to dust, wet wipe my sofa skeleton as well as it’s cushions. Had to monitor them just to tell them clear the visible debris. When I contacted the owner, he defended his team having 15years of experience. If a client has to handhold and pinpoint tasks which are basic or advanced, are you really ready to be in cleaning industry? I have no idea how politeness can take you guys further.
