Engaged their deep cleaning services for one floor of our home. Extremely professional crew arrived on time fully prepared. Spent a whole working day and diligently cleaned from floor to ceiling. They were thorough and had no issues addressing my concerns. Special thanks to Mr. Aju who was there for most of the day and ensured that the expected quality was delivered.

I had a really bad experience. There was a room that was really really messed up and this agency took the responsibility to clean it including the sofa that had pet pee etc on it. Halfway through the job they said they want extra I agreed, I paid over and above as well. They then told me the sofa cannot be shampoo washed, they have rubbed the dirt away, though they had said they will shampoo wash it...but they charged me the whole amount for the sofa, next I realised they had dumped non biodegradable waste, a pillow and some other things into my neighbour's property. I had told them the person has allowed only bio degradable waste. And they piled up things like buckets on the terrace stairway and did not clean it. They did not clean a bookshelf that was there. The next day they came to retrieve the waste from the compound because I told them it was not the done thing and so I asked them to wash the car shed and the compound. They washed the wall as well and sent me some videos of my balcony lawn carpet being cleaned. They did not show me the finished product I was away. Then they called n said it's afternoon,the employees have to eat so we have anyway finished our work, therefore could we go. I said ok. And they sent their price. I said I will pay it. By evening they messaged saying payment not recieved and I wanted to get home n check...but because they sent a reminder, I decided to send the money. When I went home i took a look around at night and said all good. Next day morning, i went to the balcony, they hadn't cleaned the cobwebs on the blinds, there were small mud nests on the inner side of the blinds, they did not clean it, there was one such thing on the door frame of the balcony they did not clean it, they broke one plant by keeping another pot on it. the car shed had not been washed as I found some scraps of paper that were lying on the ground from the previous day. When I asked they said the electricity had gone before the walls could be finished and they had laid all the mats on the floor of the car shed so I hadn't seen that they had not actually cleaned it. They gathered the waste, collected it in covers I provided and did not clean my compound before placing the covers there, meaning, that part of the compound remained dirty and I cleaned it up yesterday. I spoke to Mr. Aju and told him how irresponsible this was and I told him that it was terrible of him to have taken the people before the work was done and even worse, to not have told me it was not done and then to ask the money. I would not have posted this but today morning i realised one of my led lights on the ceiling is broken. That was literally the last straw. These people are horrible. O and the sofa has been cleaned by another agency and they did a damn good job of deep cleaning my rooms.

The quality of housekeeping is excellent. They are dependable. Always keep the time frame. I also feel very confident that amenities are secure during their visits. Not inexpensive but the quality of service and peace of mind is worth the extra expense you may pay.

I was not using my apartment for almost 1 year due to covid 19 pandemic situation. I availed their services and was genuinely happy with the results. . The sofa and mattress were shampooed and vaccumed. The balcony was dirty due to pigeons. . They cleaned everything. . I'm very happy with their work. .I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs cleaning services.

I was not using this apartment for almost 10 years, so I was looking for someone who is really good in deep cleaning. I found Keysource to be very professional now the floor, carpet , bathroom all looks fresh and clean and the cost was also reasonable. A special thanks to Anish .
