Is Rakhi Ganesh attending calls now. She is not responding through calls or whatsapp. Is time for Rakhi to give back my Rs 20,000 amount which she took as a deposit for providing home care service

⚠️ Scam Alert – Do NOT Trust Them! This "service" is a complete scam. Please don’t let these people into your home. The lady, Ragi, pretends to arrange a maid and brings someone along as a fake "helper." She insists on full advance payment, issues a receipt and attendance card to look legitimate, and then disappears with your money. She stops answering your calls, and if you try from an unknown number, she picks up only to give false promises. No maid ever comes, no refund is given, and you’re left cheated. We even paid extra for "transport" apart from the month’s fees, but nothing was delivered. This is not just poor service, it’s deliberate fraud. The worst part is that they prey on families in need of domestic help, exploiting trust and urgency. Please read this carefully and do not fall for the scam, no matter how genuine the receipt or attendance card may look.

My sister had a very distressing experience with Suleikha Maid Service, especially dealing with a person named Rakhi. They collected ₹23,900 (salary + registration) and sent a maid who left after just 5 days due to personal reasons. After that, things went from bad to worse. Despite repeated calls, Rakhi continuously avoided my sister’s calls while being busy with others. She came online on WhatsApp but ignored multiple messages, not even reading them. When we finally demanded a refund, she was extremely rude. It has now been over a month, yet there has been no replacement and no money returned. This entire ordeal has caused my sister a great deal of mental stress and agony. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic courtesy is shocking. We feel cheated, and I strongly warn others not to fall into the same trap with Suleikha Maid Service.

This is fraud agency. Don't trust the person Rakhi. She is telling lies over lies to get your trust.You will lost the registration amount of 2500/-and advance payment for a month amounting to Rs. 15000/-..It's informed by the police that there is already many cases and complaints pending against her and this agency.... Don't trust her words.. It's all lies.. She is fraud....

I had a very disappointing experience with this maid service in Trivandrum. I contacted them during a period of crisis. They took almost ₹25,000 from me as advance, registration, and travel charges, promising uninterrupted service. The maid they provided left after just 4 days, and despite repeated assurances, no replacement has been provided even after 3 weeks. What makes it worse is their complete lack of professionalism — they rarely answer calls, and on the rare occasion they do, they falsely promise that someone will arrive by a certain time, but no one shows up. This agency is unreliable, unprofessional, and shows no sense of responsibility toward its customers. Strongly advise others to stay away.

When I registered here for a maid service in Sulekha.com an agency named Suleikha home care services contacted and offered maid service and collected advance money of Rs 10500 from me. The maid they gave was not good and she also seems not to trust the agency and she demanded money directly from us as the agency seems fraud and it does not give salary to her. Then the agency replaced her after several requests. Again the same issue and we stopped the service. They still need to return the advance amount of ₹5000/- to me and they won’t attend calls and if they attend they make some lame excuses. Very bad experience

Please be aware of this scam agency. Raggi collected the full payment including registration fees and auto charge and not sending the maid and not at all responding and she is rudely behaving while asking to refund the amount. Please don't make the payment and get cheated. Full of unprofessionalism.
