They sent a professional facilities engineer who inspected my building thoroughly and identified issues related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, AC, painting, pest control, landscaping, and dampness. They explained everything clearly and provided a very good solution proposal. The service quality was excellent, pricing was very reasonable, and overall it was completely hassle-free for us. They took care of everything end to end. I’m heartfully satisfied, especially with the cleaning service as well. Special appreciation to Mr. Joseph, the Managing Director of this group. Even though he is in a senior position, he personally guided and instructed his team very well.
