Booked Cleaning Guru service today. Mr. Ezhil and Mr. Shankar visited my home and inspected the bathroom. Even I assumed they might clean for an hour and leave, but to my surprise, they spent nearly four hours thoroughly cleaning every single corner. They are highly trained professionals, and their work exceeded my expectations. I did not bargain about their service charge and was happy to pay them what they truly deserved. I will definitely call them again in the future. Excellent work, team! I am 100% satisfied, and the bathroom looks as good as new now. They even gave us few tips regarding how to maintain the bathroom from staining.

We recently used this service to clean an independent house. It is a mixed bag, of good and bad. Toilets were cleaned better than by other providers. Overall ok, but had the following problems: 1. The junior staff who come are useless. They are there just to boost headcount, untrained on even how to finish their work. 2. They need supervision, though the senior staff are self-managing. Photos attached show the reason, as they clean only what is visible upfront, as you enter a room, leaving out anything behind and above eyesight line. 3. Equipment: They didn't bring sufficient. In fact, they took away all the broomsticks we had too, so we had to purchase afresh the next day. Will think considerably before getting their services again. Edit in response to service provider reply : You never gave a booking I'd. You have given bill, so you can check.

The overall cleaning job was good, but not excellent. They charged ₹1500 for deep cleaning a single toilet, which felt on the higher side compared to competitors like Urban Home, who offered a better deal. The team removed scaling and cleaned the toilet well, but missed a few areas such as behind the commode and below the sink, mentioning that those spots were difficult to reach. Some supervision is needed to ensure complete coverage. Service is decent, but pricing could be more competitive.

I am very happy with the services provided by Cleaning Guru home services, the windows are clean n tidy. Really impressed with the bathroom cleaning by Staff Siva, made it look absolutely new. Well mannered n polite team. Patiently do the cleaning till it’s perfect, there is no rush to finish. I think that’s what makes them good at their work. Will surely recommend them.

We booked a 2 BHK home-cleaning package, the results were fair enough. The team was punctual and responsive throughout the service. The team lead, Vignesh (if I recall correctly), was particularly diligent, taking effort to clean the bathrooms thoroughly. The entire team took time to ensure our needs were met, upon n number of iterations. This management is not just money oriented, their aim to scale business guarantees customer satisfaction. Would recommend new or more clothes and cleaning equipment or all purpose cleansers that aids in quick cleaning and disinfectants and sanitizers could have been better. With that one improvement the team is good to go. Would recommend.
