Hi All, Don't go with the fake reviews & ratings. There are several major issues that I feel compelled to highlight: 1. Lack of Transparency – We were never informed in advance about the brokerage charges or the exact fee structure. The costs were disclosed only after we committed, which felt misleading and unethical. 2. Unprofessional Behavior – The staff and management handled concerns in an extremely unprofessional manner. They were dismissive and showed no sense of responsibility or urgency. 3. Poor Communication – Getting clear responses was a constant struggle. Most queries were either ignored or answered vaguely, making the entire process frustrating. 4. Low-Quality Manpower – The personnel provided were far from skilled or trained. Their work lacked basic standards and seemed like a compromise on quality. 5. Lack of Hygiene – Cleanliness and personal hygiene of the assigned help were well below acceptable standards, which is simply unacceptable for household work. 6. Irregular Attendance – Frequent absenteeism without prior notice severely disrupted our daily routine and made the service highly unreliable. I do not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and professional domestic help. It's important to be cautious before signing up with them. Thanks.
