Don't trust this home care service!! Gowri was a fraud lady. She arranged a care taker. After 1month she went off with her belongings and our valuable items and left a paralysed old woman alone.we called her servel times she didn't pick up the call. Don't trust this home care service!!

Gowri, claims to be the owners and great home care provider is absolutely WRONG. She is most untrusted, unreliable and fraud lady. She doesn't have any experienced care takers under her control, no one known even the basic services. She escapes with money and later she will never ever pick calls, she may say, I will call you or and or I will refund your money, that will never happens. SHE IS A BIG FRAUD, DON'T EVEN OF TAKING HER SERVICES, I did a mistake without reviewing her credentials but when a care taker called back with some reasons, she never replaced anyone inspite of making few hundred of calls, she has no ethics, no morals about the patients. She charges Rs.18,000/- per month for 24 hours with food being provided by the party, additionally she charges Rs.2000/- as caution deposit, that you will never get back either. One person after attending for 18 days, she was called back and no replacement and no chance to speak with her at all. BEWARE THIS GOWRI, SHE IS NUMBER CHEATER, FRAUD....I was never under the impression that a no women would cheat like her, she is most dangerous and never trustable person at all NVEVER A CHANCE FOR THIS KIND OF WOMEN. I have realized after reviewing other people's reviews on the net but it was too late by the my decision was made and got trapped.....no money has been refunded even after three weeks and I have no chance of getting the balance amount for the duration she couldn't arrange the caution deposit. She is biggest fraud lady, never get into her trap, she will frame stories and tell you several services that she can manage but all this is a trap and tricks of her cheating mentality. Be CAREFUL AND NEVER GET INTO HER TRAP. There are few more home care service providers but NOT this GOWRI.

Worst home care service ever. I hired a baby caretaker from them. They took my money but after 2 days nobody came. The owner, Gowreeswari, did not respond to my calls and did not refund my amount yet. They gave me false promises that if the caretaker is absent, they will send a replacement immediately within 1 hour but they neither send someone else or respond to calls. Very incapable. When I went to their office, there are people out there waiting for their salaries that she did not pay them for 3 months. Even the address mentioned on the website is fake. This business must be shutdown before many people lose their money just like us.

Worst experience. Please think twice before engaging home care services from this agency. My experience: In month only 10 days helper was sent. My time wasted completely in calling the agency during the month but i dint get any call back in return. I discontinued the service. I didnot ask for the return of monthly fees as it was my bad judgement to approach this agency for service. I wanted only my deposit money back (while starting the service, they told they will return the deposit amount anytime if i dont want the service) for which i am asking since 7 months. While taking money, they will call 40 times in a day. But for response regarding service or returning the money, we need to call 40 times but they will not answer.

One of the worst service and who is running this home care service owner name is gowri. she use to collect 100% advance and provide service for one week then with drawn. we paid advance Rs.15000 as monthly charges and security deposit Rs.2000 total we paid Rs.17000 but she given a service for one week then with drawn. Now she suppose to give balance amount of Rs.10500 every day we are following up for our payment but till date not received. Please dont pay any advance to her or dont take services from this lady.

Don't trust this home care service. Worst service I have experienced. They block the money of the caretakers that they send. They don't repay your deposit amounts as per the agreement. Gowri never responds to your messages or calls and always try to escape even when you want to meet in person.

I had the worst experience with Gowri home care services. I was charged 8k per month for a maid. I didn't need her for 6 hours. She just had 3 hours work to be done. Even then , the work was not satisfactory and when she took leaves* no replacement maid was sent as promised* In addition to the 8k , 2k was taken as deposit that had to be returned once the service is over. It wasn't returned. The maid borrowed 6k by giving her handler as security. That money was never returned as well. Now my calls are not being lifted. They are purposely avoiding my calls. Please do not fall prey to these people. You are much better off looking for a maid on your own. There is no security, regularity or any other benefits by going to these people. Very very bad experience.
