BEWARE! Home Tech World Almost Scammed Me for ₹6,000! I had one of the most shocking service experiences with Home Tech World. Their technicians walked in, barely inspected my AC, took ₹500 as a service charge, and confidently declared that the PCB was "damaged" and would cost ₹5,000–₹6,000 to repair. Something felt off, so I called a local technician today. And guess what? The issue was just a loose sensor connection in the outdoor unit. He fixed it in minutes and charged only ₹300. My AC is now working perfectly. This means Home Tech World's technicians either didn’t bother to examine the unit properly or were trying to push an unnecessary expensive repair. Either way, it’s unacceptable. Honestly, after this experience, I’m starting to doubt the authenticity of many glowing reviews here. If you care about your hard-earned money, please get a second opinion before believing anything they say. This experience left me feeling absolutely betrayed and furious.
