They repaired all of the rodent-damage in our crawlspace, sealed all points of entry, set up traps for any potential future/unwanted visitors, gave us advice on what to look out for and what to do in order to prevent any new rodent activity (our property backs right up to a green belt, so we’re easily accessible to lots of critters and creepy crawlers), and then they include 4 months (one per month) of follow up visits to ensure our home is still rodent-free. All of the techs we’ve worked with have been amazingly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We have been very happy with our experience so far, and hope that it continues that way.
