I recently hired this cleaning service for a full-home deep clean and had a mostly good experience with a few areas for improvement. The first floor was cleaned very thoroughly. The team took their time and paid attention to details, and I was quite happy with how it turned out. Everything looked fresh and spotless — it was clear they put in real effort. On the second floor, things felt a bit rushed. It seemed like the team was trying to finish up quickly, and a few areas were left unfinished. I reached out to the manager, and I really appreciated how responsive they were. The cleaners came back the very next day to address the missed spots, which shows great customer service and accountability. One thing I would suggest for anyone using this service — especially for deep cleaning — is to walk through the space with the team and point out specific areas you want cleaned. They’re willing to get the job done, but a bit of guidance helps ensure nothing is overlooked. Once directed, they are more than happy to take care of it. Overall, the team is polite, responsive, and capable of doing a good job. With just a little more consistency and attention to detail throughout, they could easily become a go-to cleaning service. I appreciate their willingness to correct the issue and make sure I was satisfied in the end.

Not at all satisfied and extremely disappointed. We were moving to a new finished home and wanted the entire interior of the place to be cleaned thoroughly before moving in with furnitures and so went after a professional cleaning service. The supervisor did a site visit and I explained what all need to be cleaned and then they provided a quote. Their cleaning team came in the morning and started cleaning and their initial clean of one bedroom seemed satisfactory. So I left them to their work and that was a mistake I made. After they finished their work we went to inspect it and that was when we found all the half cooked work they had done. The lofts had all the saw dust that was there during work. The kitchen slab had foot marks and dust from works. The window panes were not wiped. The bathroom floors were not cleaned. The staircase glass had glue marks that can be cleaned but the cleaning staff said that it will take time and so they cannot clean it as they had another work in the evening. All they did right was cleaning the floors which I could have done with a home helper with 1/5th their price. And the best part of their service is I complained to the supervisor who came to visit the place initially and he said that he will register a complaint and send in a team for recleaning the following day. No one came the next day and the supervisor did not return any of my calls. All I can say is that I feel cheated and disappointed with the choice I made. Anyone who do want their service, please make sure to stay with the cleaning crew till the work gets done and only pay after you are satisfactory with the work. It seemed they were happy in the house left to then regardless of the customer being happy with their work.

I am utterly disappointed at the services. This was by far the worst experience i have faced out of all the services I've subscribed. Do NOT recommend.
