Got it — here’s a more blunt and direct version: I used this movers and packers service again because I had hired them three years ago, but this time the experience was terrible. I booked their service from Pune to Thane and they promised same-day delivery. That promise was false. When I called the driver, he said they were stuck in Kharghar due to daytime entry restrictions for heavy vehicles and would deliver at midnight. After that, they kept making excuses. Despite knowing the consignment would not arrive the same day, they still took full payment in advance. They then promised delivery by 10 AM the next day, but the consignment never arrived. When I tried calling them, they first ignored my calls and then completely stopped responding. When the driver arrived with the goods, we asked him what happened he said that he already told that the goods will not reach which was committed. This is highly unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Do not use this service provider.

Very good service at a very reasonable price! I chose HP Relocation Packers and Movers Hadapsar to get some stuff shifted from Pune to Bangalore. They packed all the items in a very professional manner and delivered it on time. Very happy with their service and would like to work with them again.

Prices is reasonable and for me less than marker rate since i have check more than 5 to 6 Packers and movers hadapsar. They work is neat and professional. We have packed in our boxes and left out few unpacked. But HP Relocation Packers and Movers came and checked each and everything and packed well. They were not too fast giving time for us to guide. All the boxes labelled and organized in new house perfectly. Ac, cot and dinning fixed in new place. Overall happy with the service and recommended. Thanks HP Group

Worst of the P&M services I have ever experienced. Only good thing was that no item was misplaced or lost. On the other hand I was charged for a special vehicle from Pune to Goa, but the goods were sent along with some other heavy items (accessories of a lift) of some other customer. Delivery was delayed by 3 days. Excuse was given as the special vehicle was charged and held by Police near Kolhapur. Nothing such happened as the driver who delivered my goods told that his vehicle was loaded in Pune itself. Very unprofessional attitude of staff, did not respond to phone calls. Had to call several times all 3 days for enquiry. Also my brand new dining got damaged due to mishandling. Look somewhere else if you want good service.
