Iconic Air conditioner ( AC Repair,Service and Installation)

Very very worst service and totally froud persons are their... My AC got stopped working in last week and one of person suggested to repair from their and Mr Danish came next day for repair.. and this guys without doing proper inspection he told me your AC PCB card needs to repair also told me your steplizer damaged too this is also required reparing.. he had taken one days to repair and placed Card and steplizer and told it is done..my AC hardly worked one hour maximum and it is stopped/not working..i had complained with him and in between i have also asked one another macainic to check and he told me they haven't done anything with the steplizer just change the scru that's it..that is why it is not working.. and i hv told all things to Danish and with Mr Kanhya Sharma.. but issues still remain the same..he had taken 3800/- rupees for doing nothing... If we talking about behaviour.. Danish is very good in person to behave with the persons.. but Mr Kanhya Sharma..he is the totally froud guys.. i hv asked for invoice in multiple times then he shared me and before sharing he told me we will take atleast 02 month warranty post reparing if any further problem occurred but once he shared invoice and mentioned on invoice only a week validity..i hv asked the reason Mr Kanhya Sharma untold and started not picking the calls.. Very worst and froud persons..i strongly not recommending anyone to take services from here...plzzz..

My experience was not as good as everyone is saying, One of my known who resides in sector 45 society took their service after searching on Google, although service done by their staff looks satisfactory,as they told they refilled the gas and repair the leakage properly and give them assurance for one season, the AC stop cooling after two months and now they asked again for refills and repair which is unjustified, when they called them he was just arguing and justifying their charges, if you are having such a good rating and everyone is saying good about you, then you should try to maintain that, staff is good but not all staff is efficient. sometimes staff can make some mistake and if you are arguing on that and try to justify then either you have lots of work in your hand or you are facing less competition, any way best of luck to you and your team.

Gas got leaked in 15 days.. now denying to refill or helping out. Asking for charges once again saying that the warranty is only 30days.. who gives warranty for 30 days?????

Did nothing.. gas leakage.. just took the money and now not responding and denying that won't fix it as warranty was only for 30 days

Behavior is good and way of talking is excellent as well as work done in quickly with best efforts....Problem found out and resolve it in perfect way.....I paid them only 800 Rs and now my AC is running okay .thanks Iconic air conditioner.
