Unprofessional people,waste of money ,do not take his service ,no warranty and will take away your peace of mind

I would not give a single star if there was an option for. Whole house was sprayed with strong liquid - it was meant to be herbal spray but it had strong smell and when asked refused to reveal the name of the product. It was meant to be gel around the house. Now we have spray in our beds/clothes and everywhere. No prior warning to remove our stuff. Service was for Navsari

It’s 0 star for India paste control as I don’t have option I gave 1 star.. once they visit, they don’t reply for next visit and when we ask them they will not reply to you. As they are very busy. I don’t suggest this paste control because of poor response and also not much effective. I paid 6000 rupees for 1 year and whenever ask them for visit they don’t have time , I will call back you in 1 hour , for paste control my labour come on Monday etc etc ..but I am tired of this and that’s why I am writing here.

Initially you find out it effective but within a six month or less it's failed in terms of treatment effect. Word " Guarantee" for 5 years or 10 years according your contract, they are using is fully rubbish as within a six month or less period termite is getting pop up. This is about chemical. After you paid for contract period...you are not getting proper response from them on call...you have to continuously remind them instead of their own duty to take follow up for service. No regular service schedule or anything. Not really happy with the service and treatment of termite. The solution is first take service and make payment at the end of the term which is not more than a year so if you are not satisfied with the service it's good to replace it.

I had a very disappointing experience with INDIA PEST CONTROL. The service was poor, and they did not provide a bill for the services rendered. Additionally, the guarantee offers they advertised turned out to be misleading. Due to these issues, I am considering filing a complaint with the consumer forum. We consulted them for termite treatment and took 5 yr treatment plan in 5500 cost. They came in morning and they were in so much hurry that started moving furnitures without consulting us. They broke 2 cupboard and one temple of my home. Very rough service and they just want to finish work early get your money and take zero precautions in moving your household items. Would not recommend this company. Don't consult them and take any treatment from them.
