Good but Takes more time for service

Irresponsible staff , when you raise a complaint they prefer to cancel it if they can’t make it that day and will ask you raise request again. They’re located very far from the city and have an office which is clumsy and cluttered. They need printout for invoice and can’t work with their own printer. They don’t even inform the requirements prior hand and want you to get everything.

Technician venu madav has supported well and good Came on time and did good service

No timely updates. False promises. Don't expect any update from them regarding the repair. Even if you call them they will give false promises only. Took more than 10 days for a simple repair. Might bee due to the pandemic but that doesn't mean they should keep me in the dark w.r.t updates.

Worst service by Indian enterprises Nellore. I have tried many time they will not respond call and not assigned to Technician. Acting like doing job.

Good service and fast service now I'm happy with this service
