One of the best pest and rodent control services in pune, Ashish ji is always humble and understanding when it comes to customer needs, I have been using integrity pest control from last 3 years it's always top notch and never seen single cockroach in my home. Used other pest control too but they are just money taking services they don't even guarantee 2nd free service if pest don't go..

NEVER GO TO INTEGRITY PEST CONTROL. Horrible service and they can totally scam you by being super responsive and claiming false service. They made me purchase their annual contract claiming to be better than PCI in their ratings. I’ve had 3 services till now and each time the technicians turn up late, have zero professionalism and they never find even one cockroach. To top it off all the cockroaches increase after their visit (which they claim will reduce). When asked for solutions they tell me to empty my house so that they can spray the liquid. Am I supposed to stay on the streets by emptying every room and cupboard of my house??? Right upon the first visit they sent 2 technicians who were absolutely rude and came conveniently an hour or so late. Despite having the anddress they anlso ansked me to send my location on WhatsApp. After coming they ordered me that we can’t do the work if you have not completely emptied the drawers and cupboards! IPC - if you can only afford to service bare shell homes do not advertise that you are so good. None of your technicians know what they should do. Even worse, after 2 servicing when o wasn’t satisfied with the results, I asked for a refund if they can’t provide a solution but obviously they wouldn’t do that. I waited 4 months and they did not even contact me on their own. I have to follow up and go mentally crazy to beg them to come ?? Sharing pictures of the chats! July 16 to date no servicing done nor revisit arranged. This is absurd as even the regular servicing isn’t scheduled. The worst I’ve experienced and stuck with now. Please DO NOT fall for their rating trap. Probably false claims and fake 5 star reviews here. Can’t give lesser than 1 rating here because that’s what they deserve, else it’s a 0.

Today we have got 2nd pest control done which was part of 3 pest control package. 2 person from agency has visited and done sprey . Till spray all was fine. They told me to get smoke treatment done to have 99% result as I have small kids and too much of stuff to shift and clean , I also thought to get somke treatment done. During discussion I was told 1200rs charge of somke for 2bhk, once done they said 1200 per smoke ( per sulphur tablet some) which was not clearly communicated earlier. I was charged 2400 rs once smoke had been activated and room got locked. Now I was told that 1200 rs for per tablet smoke. I still paid it. During kitchen cleaning I got good amount of cockroaches still roaming freely around one of the corner just 1ft away from smoke. So don't sugeest smoke if of 0% use. I claimed fir my 100% refund.

Used Integrity Pest control for recurrent cockroach encroachment. Very effective service. They even make u aware of lose places specially in kitchen. And all are harmless.
