Service is ok But one big issue This place in not working in Google pay phone pay Only for cash This is headache I m not happy

Extremely poor service. I received my vehicle in damaged condition. Front body was damaged and back light was also broken. Please do not opt this transport service. You might receive your vehicle in multiple pieces and even after that they wont pay anything. My total repairing cost is more then the transport cost. I am not able to upload even the pictures. It seems like they have disabled adding pictures and videos so that they can hide their poor services.

This is the condition of my activa when i sent them via. Jamnagar transport. No body in the company took the responsibilty. There is no customer support contact. Kindly do not send any vehicle via this company. Not a single rupee they have refunded after such a big damage to the vehicle.

Service staff not cooprative

Big place with wide godown and office space. Secured shipment. Won't deliver to place. You have to pick by yourself from Unapani road Transport office. Rate is as usual compare to other transport service. mostly they don't call you after your goods arrived. You have to call them and confirm about your shipment. That's a minus for some people otherwise old yet promising in service.

Good transporter. I usually use this transporter for my goods transportation. We found it is good but rates are not fixed, so confirm the rates before booking. Time punctuality is average
