Jay Packers and Movers Patna

Initially I thought that this mover packers will be a good choice for me and my family but later on when the day arrive for the moving of stuff that day they had given less labour and also the packaging is bad not up to mark which they show. The stuff which they where packing was not at all professional and we are instructing on that because we are not fully confident that the stuff will be safe. Taking you to the best part of which it which is the worst part payment things as we know that it's a talk on the basis of the person who is taking on behalf of this company so we were on the thing that half payment will be done now and rest will be done when the truck reaches to final destination but the person name Manohar Mishra said that we want full payment Initially and that's final otherwise the truck will be stopped on the boder so as the owner of that stuff we have to forcefully do that full payment of material. There are many thing but in a straight line my review is not be advised to anyone use this packers. And yes they don't even made the list of items.we made it. We were having around 121 items and they made only 34 items list.Even Numbering on that caartan we wrote.

I had a great experience with Jay Packers and Movers Patna during my move to a new flat. The team was well-trained and cooperative, and they handled all my belongings responsibly. Even big items like the bed, fridge, and washing machine were packed securely and delivered safely. Their pricing is also reasonable compared to the quality of service they provide. Overall, a very smooth and professional relocation service. Definitely a five-star experience!

I had a terrible experience using the service, I would recommend people to avoid at any cost. Let me share my experience. We wanted a personal(non-sharing) delivery and it was discussed at 19K from Patna to Kolkata, and the guy we talked to said that sharing is cheaper by 1-2K. We paid 17K cash while loading of the items. Only 2K was pending. We had a deal that items would be loaded one day and delivered 4-5 days later through personal(non-sharing) way. We started getting calls for 3 consecutive days, everyday, saying that items would arrive today. We were also not told that item would reach at Midnight(it exactly came on 12 AM midnight infront of my house in Kolkata). Looking at the truck and talking to drivers & helpers, I came to know that it has come in sharing mode. So I ask the driver to call that representative & the hell broke. This guy, whom we had been talking from very first day. When I mentioned that why did you send in sharing mode, this was not what we had agreed. he started taking rudely, all the while he was drunk, and he was threatening us(till this part we have not even discussed the money). As he was talking rubbish, and it was late in the locality I asked the driver to tell him that I would talk to him in the morning. And paid another 1k + 500rs to workers(they were nice, and it seems from there conversation that they were not surprised and fully aware of his unprofessional behavior saying 'ek insaan ki wajah se sab badnaam hai'). But this fellow didn't stop there, as I didn't want to engage in altercation at this point of time. He started calling and texting, threatening, sending videos of our house(made by workers without our permission, I didn't know when did they record) on my wife's mobile, as she had googled and contacted Jay Movers and Packers. He kept on calling 20th times, untill we blocked couple of numbers he was calling from, even though when I had asked him to not call on her phone and have told him clearly that we will talk tomorrow and get this sorted over call and text too. This is another level of harrassment, please don't use their service, they have hired a mentally unstable person as their representatives. This is unheard, unseen and unfathomable. PLEASE AVOID USING THEIR SERVICE.
