We used their service for moving within Nashik. We had the following observations: 1. The owner himself came to our house to check how much stuff is there and then gave the quote. At the end they were not able to accommodate it in the truck they ordered and left the remaining stuff behind. 2. The movers broke our TV. We opened the packaging two days later and noticed it only then. I messaged the owner but he has not yet responded to me until four days later after which I am writing this review. 3. Several pieces of furniture (cabinets)were moved with our stuff in them. They were tossed and turned with all that stuff in them. It all fell out - it was all quite a mess. 4. Lot of stuff was packed in gunny bags which was quite unprofessionally packed. It was all just dumped. Quite a pain to watch this all unfold in front of you. I would not recommend them at all. Quite a serious lack of accountability and professionalism on all fronts.

It was with reluctance I had to choose a different Relocation expert as Agarwal packers looked super - overconfident and not keen for more business. Mr. Jha - the owner of Jha packers and movers, came and met me and I felt he can do the job for us. Since I had lot of fragile items like crockery and furniture, I wanted to have a dedicated container for shipment. I could sense a feeling of responsibility and of loyalty from this army veteran. Iam extremely delighted to share that he not only sent his team for 2 consecutive days to pack my stuff cautiously and also ensured that the dedicated container truck was in good shape. He has a great team for loading and unloading which gives you an extended confidence that your hard earned stuff is taken care well and is in good and responsible hands. All this resulted in a flawless on time delivery and home setup with ZERO LOSS AND BREAKAGES.
