Amazing service at unbeatable price. Staff & driver all are too good. Packaging also very good. Delivered my household items w/o any damage from kota to noida.

Shifted home within Kota. All communications were clear. They did a pre survey of items to be transported to determine the vehicle size. Transportation was efficient and safe. All items were properly covered with protective covering. All items arrived at new location with very minimal damage. Cost of transportation was least among the other packers and movers.

Recently i have moved my household goods through JKR Logistics from Kota to Kolkata. They actually didn't do the transportations , they collected the goods and booked through Gati. They just worked as a middle man and charged double. For my consignment Gati charged 4000 + Tax to JKR where JKR charged 9200 from us. In spite of charging this much high amount they booked the consignment till the ground floor and I had to negotiate with GATI people to deliver it to 2nd floor by paying extra amount. I couldn't find them professional as I had to really push them to pack the materials properly using bubble wrapper. It is strongly suggested to work directly with GATI to save money while getting the same service.

I must say, they are professional and do their job well. I found them quite reasonable... they picked up and delivered my household items on time. The packaging was done very well, far better from what I had expected. With the ease to deliver as per my convenience, they kept all luggage in their store for a week without any extra cost. I'm thankful for their service.
