If I could give Joshi Pest Control zero stars, I would! I’m beyond frustrated with their pathetic excuse for a service. I paid good money for pest control, and they sent some unprofessional, clueless guy who clearly had no idea what he was doing. He said, "Wait 2 days, you’ll see the results." Well, guess what? NOTHING happened! Cockroaches were still happily crawling around like it was their playground. I called Joshi, and he had the nerve to tell me to wait 3-4 more days, promising the cockroaches would be gone. Spoiler alert: they weren’t! In fact, they seemed to multiply! So, he "kindly" offered to send someone again. I took a day off from work, stayed home, and waited. And waited. And waited. NO ONE SHOWED UP! Not only that, but now this guy has completely disappeared—won’t answer my calls or texts. It’s like he’s vanished into thin air. This so-called service is a JOKE! He promised two services in a year, but the first one was so pathetically bad that not a single cockroach died. IN FACT, there are even more now than before! How is that even possible?! I feel totally scammed. If you’re considering Joshi Pest Control, do yourself a favor and RUN in the opposite direction. This is the biggest fraud I’ve ever dealt with. STAY AWAY!
Not effective, no effect on cockroaches. No response from customer service despite 6 month garuntee on re spraying. They simply disconnect calls on asking for respraying. These guys are borderline frauds and unprofessional as can be. Do not deserve to be in business. DO NOT HIRE.
Fake pest control... Big fraud people... If anyone ask me for pest control service I would specially mention them take any other pest control service except them. Worst experience. They did herbal pest control in our house not a single cockroach died... They told us to wait 15 days so later I called him he started ignoring my calls. Totally fake service.
Worst service no effect on cockroaches no response despite guarantee of 1 year. Committed to provide service twice a year but not responding worst business. Does not deserve to be in this business.
