He was extremely patient, professional, and very thorough in his inspection. He carefully checked every corner of the bed and the entire room without rushing at all. Even though we couldn’t find visible bed bugs, he still inspected every smallest space and was able to identify the eggs that were hidden. Because of his detailed inspection and attentiveness, the issue was caught at the root level before it could become a bigger problem. His dedication, vigilance, and the amount of time he spent ensuring the treatment was done properly truly impressed me. I’m very satisfied with the service, and I highly appreciate his hard work. I requested a pest control service to catch rats that were in the ceiling of my bathroom. I paid 1,500 + GST, totaling 1,770 rupees. All they did was place four rat glue traps and leave. I asked them to seal the rat holes, but they refused, saying that it was not part of their job. I couldn’t understand that — isn’t pest control supposed to not only remove pests but also take measures to prevent them from coming back? However, their answer was that such work is not included in their service. If you’re planning to use this service, I strongly recommend checking exactly what is included before making any payment. Their service feels like a scam.
