Worst experience ever — please stay away! They completely damaged my sofa, and the condition is so bad that the repair cost will be huge. After causing such a big loss, they are offering only ₹1000 as compensation, which is absolutely ridiculous and nowhere close to the actual damage. When I asked for proper compensation, they told me I should have bought insurance. But when adding a few extra items, they were quick to charge me ₹2000 extra without any hesitation. For money, they are fast — but for responsibility, they have zero accountability. Their team was careless, unprofessional, and handled my furniture like it had no value. Totally disappointed. No responsibility. Pathetic service.
