It is over priced here. Simply they will put they are giving discounts. They will set the price of 500rs item to 900rs. And on top of this they will add discounts and sell it. I think it is best to buy the items in local shops

consider when you don’t have any choice left or i’d suggest dont.

1) Plumbing items and tiles are over priced. 2) Worst service. No one comes to attend even after 10-15mins. All are busy chatting and keep calling others to attend. 3) Also For everything they say they need to get from other states and their truck is leaving today. After few days they say truck is leaving still. All lies biz tactics. 4) and they don't take back bulk extras. Don't buy from here. I don't recommend to anyone.

Worst service. They always tell tiles to get from their depot located outside Mysuru. They made us to order for the tiles. If we want to return the remaining unused tiles, they will not accept them and inform us they have to transport them back to the depot. Where as many dealers in Mysore accept the left over tiles and only this dealer cheat the customer. So don't but from this dealer

We visited the show room in Kuvempunagar and were very impressed with the wide range of products spread over 4 floors. Best thing is they have have demo showers and body jets all installed with running water to get the actual feel, which made our process of selection very easy. Even otherwise, we kept making changes to our selections and the proprietor Mr. Bhoomit himself attended to us patiently and explained everything in detail and accommodated the changes until finalisation. Overall very impressed. Bought all our plumbing and sanitary ware there and will buy again there in future.

Recently had visited the showroom, and had a exceptional services and the product are also affordable. Sales team also responded positively, happy for the service.

Tiles: Has NITCO, RAK tiles + some Morbi brands. Options are aplenty but not enough from each manufacturer. Prices are a lil on the higher side. Bathroom fittings: Plenty options through out all price ranges. Jaguar, Hindware, Parryware, Grohe + few imported brands also available. Prices are market competitive. Store is well maintained & staff are customer friendly.
