I know this review is no were going to be taken as a feedback, but I want to aware people, I have been here for international driving licence and I have went to counter without broker . The officer asked " Did u meet a broker outside?" When I said "NO" ,he simply rejected my application saying meet someone outside. Broker demanded me 1000/- before going inside and after coming out with officer’s rejection, he demanded 3000/- and told others brokers not to take less than 3000/- . Shame on govt . This is why we still say developing India but it’s never gonna be a developed India. Being an educated person,I really felt shame while giving him 3000/- since I don’t have any other option than this.

Pen and pencil (for chassis rubbing). At the RTO 1. Park your vehicle in the New Vehicle Registration area (extreme left corner; follow the signboards). 2. Take your documents to Counter 16 on the 2nd floor of the right-most building (look for the "Citizen Friendly Services" board). 3. Complete the verification there — they will capture your photo and signature. Collect the receipt and the file. 4. Return to the parking area with the file. A police inspector will check the chassis number and ask you to do a pencil rubbing (trace) of the chassis number. 5. Get the inspector’s signature on the documents and exit the parking area. 6. Submit the file to the Inspector Room (just beside the first building you visited). You are done.

It's the main RTO office for the Hyderabad. RTO services are good but the issue with this government organisation is hundreds of people visit here for the RTO services. But the seating area is nil. All the visitors have to stand until their turn comes in queue and completes. Better the officials provide the seating for the consumers.

I got my IDP here. First off the guy at the counter yelled at me when I asked if anyone has ever given feedback about the joke of a IDP they print over there. He was SO offended, I couldn't understand. I genuinely was concerned about the laughable photo and printing quality, that no international police officers will take it seriously. Well, I'm now in Kuwait and guess what? The "international license" printed here is NOT ACCEPTABLE. I wasted my time and money. Does anyone know where i can lodge an official complaint?

Office is good, but when asked for toilets, what they shown me blew my fuses , and I wish our great cm/cabinet ministers especially transport minister and the staff visit and use those toilets, it's pathetic.
