your service here has been very poor. Please take this as feedback. The team came yesterday as well, but the work was not done properly. Even now, there is still a strong chemical smell. Sorry to say, but it feels like a waste of money.

It was a wonderful experience… the team was so professional with all the events performed… They had a policy of member say never as went out of the zone to provide best services… would recommend all.. honestly I picked them randomly with complete risk but they proved me more than right … Thanks Arijit Ji for your work and especially your team

All the other reviews that you see are posted by users that have submitted max one or 2 reviews in the past. Also, almost all reviews use similar language and impeccable grammar - should these be considered as reviews from genuine users? I doubt. I tried Klean Homz recently and would never use their services again. While shifting furniture around, they broke edges of walls and damaged door panels, broke a power point while pulling their vacuum cleaner cable, damaged my chandelier, tore my bed’s quilting, left the top of cabinets uncleaned and dirty. The picture is of the refrigerator’s top after they had completed the cleaning - shows the level of their team’s dedication.

Ajeet Kumar Tripathi is very unprofessional. Once my house not cleaned and I called him, he said it’s not his problem. I asked him whatever left can it be done next day but he was very rude to understand my problem. Horrible experience. Better to go with some professional cleaning. Also in his team, the person who clean washroom, same person can clean kitchen/temple. No segregation of duties… For me this is an issue.

From starting to end, I have had a fantastic experience with this company. The booking person was very polite. After the booking, next day, 5 gentlemen showed up and all of them worked very hard to make the property cleaner and habitable. All the men were polite, courteous and took my feedback. I would highly recommend this company. Note: Owners should be happy and proud of their company for having such a fantastic staff.
