Horrible service....promises like world class and services like third class....we took cleaning service for our salon and 2 local persons without any knowledge of cleaning appeared that too 3 hours late...The work was pathetic...we complaint to their head office and the response was very poor.....pl. do not get trapped into marketing gimmic.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. I booked a slot for 10:30 AM, and started calling the team at 9 AM to get the contact number of the person assigned to my service. My calls went unanswered. Finally, at 10:15, I was provided with a contact, who then informed me it would take another 1.5 hours to reach my location. They didn’t actually arrive until 12:30 PM. When they did arrive, one supervisor, Abhishek (or Avinash), was supposedly in charge. However, he went missing from the site shortly after starting, leaving the team unsupervised. By 5:30 PM, I was informed that the cleaning was "complete." But when I checked, it was shockingly substandard. Floors were still dirty, windows hadn’t been cleaned, and the washroom was still a mess. "Horribly done" is an understatement. Afterward, I contacted the team to express my concerns. Trilok, who appeared to be the point of contact, repeatedly called me to insist on payment, despite the job being incomplete. I was even getting calls from them late at night. Not only was the service lacking, but the behavior of the team was incredibly rude and dismissive. I felt harassed by the endless calls and disrespected by their attitude. The men in this company have zero customer service skills, treating customers with arrogance and disrespect. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and find a more professional provider.

Worst service experience, their staff are unprofessional and not trained properly to do the job. Paid 6500 to clean an entire 3BHK apartment, deep cleaning is not done properly after repeatedly communicating with the supervisor and cleaning staff. A lot of unfinished or half finished works are still pending. Attaching two photos for reference, this is after the deep cleaning service.

Your employee, Anna, was very easy to work with for my cleaning needs with a 'move out' of my rental home. She was very professional, personable. and provided me with services that were exceptional.
