I booked this packers and movers service on 13th February around 4:00–4:30 PM, and the booking was confirmed at that time. However, on 13th February, despite calling them multiple times, I did not receive any proper response. Each time I called, they assured me they would arrive soon, but they never showed up. They also did not inform me about any delay. When I called again at 6:30 PM, they said it would take another hour or that they would come the next morning. This lack of professionalism and communication caused significant inconvenience. I would strongly advise others not to book this packers and movers service. It was a very disappointing experience. At the last moment, I had to book another packers and movers company at a higher cost. Overall, it felt like a trap.
