I relocated from Indirapuram to Goa in October 2020, and my experience with the movers and packers back then was terrible. I lost items worth over INR 80,000, and the damages were more than INR 75,000. I had also heard stories of entire trucks going missing, which made me extremely anxious. Even though I have relocated many times, I was very skeptical and scared to finalize a mover this time. However, Latway made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They packed everything very carefully, and I am happy to say there was zero breakage. The labour team in Goa was calm, organized, and very respectful. They listened to our instructions and ensured that no one in the building was disturbed during the move. A special mention to Narendra ji, who patiently addressed all my fears and provided solutions to every concern. Also, Rasheed Bhai, the truck driver, stayed in touch throughout the journey and ensured that everything reached safely and on time. Would not recommend this company service anymore. Very third class and pathetic services here,they do not handle your valuable with atmost care. I had booked my scooty from Delhi to Mumbai and charged 16k for my access 125 and small food cart. No proper wrapping for vehicle only card board thin layer and clean wrap thats it. 1. Scooty there was dents on mud gard, scratches besides speedo meter. Number plate nose chipped and broke. 2. Food cart wooden parts broken into 2 pieces, Dents and scratches every where. It was placed in vehicle like it was thrown.
