I had relocated my Honda city from Mumbai to Lucknow. The tyre got damaged badly. There is no chance of repair. They replaced the tyre and did not bother to tell me at the time of delivery As the luck would be after the delivery next day tyre got punctured. To replace with the stepny I found the damaged tyre inside the boot. On calling up the Leo packer. They accepted their mistake. But in refund I was given only 1k as against cost of new tyre which is 4k.
Worst Packer and Mover. All items were damaged. No compensation was made. Phone has been switched Off since we complained. No response. Didn't unpack or even unload from vehicle after reaching destination. We had to do it ourselves. Irresponsible and the worst mover. 70000 wasted on them! Will definitely file a case against them in consumer court.
I used thier service for moving household items from. Mumbai to hyd. The workers are thieves. Upon unpacking goods, we found that Rs. 6000 from piggyback was stolen and digital watch was stolen. Upon threatening of police complaint, they returned it. Would NOT recommend them. Be careful.
The manager jai pal is very polite & professional - & specially the men are hard working obviously and they don't give up - if support of water & other things are provided by the customer - cost is always appropriate .
Very good staff and very professional approach in their work, I am happy with their work and have a wonderfull experience
