I've been purchasing electrical items for my home from this store since 2021. Over the years, my experience has been generally positive. Customer Behaviour: 4/5 The staff are polite and professional in their dealings. They maintain a respectful attitude and are usually attentive to customer needs. Product Suggestions & Guidance: 4/5 They have a good understanding of what a customer might need and offer useful suggestions. However, there's still a little room for improvement in helping customers make more informed decisions, especially for first-time buyers. One added convenience is that they do accept returns if any items are left unused after your work is done. However, before buying, please confirm with them whether they will accept returns for unused items, just to be sure of the current policy. Overall, I would say this store is reliable, and I do recommend it.
