Called up and he was here as soon as he was available, quick resolution and fixed up a minor thing as our flush wasn’t working correctly without extra charges, charged only the visit and the parts ( our pipe had broken ) thanks and will call again if we have issues! Edit: spoke Hindi aswell , great plus point not being limited to Kannada, as I’ve had issues with language barrier from other people
