My recent visit for my food processor jar repair was just a breeze. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.
⭐ Rating: 1/5 I visited Madhav Sales for a gas geyser issue that was not starting. Initially, the owner was very polite and charged ₹500, but the problem was not properly diagnosed only the pipes were washed. Even after installation by his plumber, the geyser still didn’t work properly even his present and kept failing daily. I complained the next day, and the owner promised to send a technician, but no one came. After 20 days, when the geyser stopped completely, I called again. This time, his tone was rude and unprofessional. He said since I didn’t buy the geyser from his shop, he wouldn’t send a technician and asked me to bring the unit to his shop myself. I later took the geyser to another shop, where they fixed the issue within 30 minutes by changing a small part. Now it works perfectly on the first start. Overall, money was taken without proper diagnosis, and after-service behavior was very bad. Polite only until payment is done. Not recommended.
I repaired my induction cooking heater here at the Madhav Sales & Service. The service was very good. He only charged Rs 200 and delivered the repaired product on the same day. Also, the place is convenient as it is located on the side of main road. You may please visit this shop for repairing.
