I had a great experience with the travel service and our driver Mr. Mahalingam Uncle from 25.05.2025 to 31.05.2025. The journey was Excellent and fearless and well-organized from start to finish. The driver uncle was punctual, Humble , professional, and cared like he is our own family member with a sweet smiley face and very courteous throughout the trip. We had been to very long trip to Tamil Nadu and Kerala for a week along with family of 16 members and we booked Maha Cabs from Mayiladuthurai via online and as soon we reached Mayiladuthurai railway station we met Mahalingam uncle who was so punctual and professional he was already waiting in railway station to make us welcome with his smile face, and vehicle was very neat, clean and hygienic with good air conditioning and Mahalingam uncle was so kind hearted and down to earth person and use to help us without hesitation and though we have language problem he use to make us understand/Answer with his smiley face without getting angry, he is aware each and every roads where we travelled and didn’t even ask anyone about the roads and driving was so exceptional and use to reach the places on time and made our trip a memorable. We will highly recommend to take this vehicle and Mahalingam uncle if you want to make your trip a memorable.
