Plenty of variety equipment Nice customer service
Visited the establishment on 24/12/24. I was extremely surprised to see that the shop offered the lowest price in alappuzha. I visited myg, goodmorning, reliance and all similar establishments for a particular model of bldc fan. I ordered one online and flipkart couldn't get it delivered on time and i needed it it be gifted to someone on 24th. The shop delivered the specific product just 100 rs above the online price, while all other shops quoted 1500-2000 above the online price. I truly appreciate the rate offered and the quality of service provided by the staff. It's good to do business with such establishments and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
For me the buying experience is memorable..The staff courteously received me, attended to my needs in earnest, the best of service.The quality of the shop , and the products in display are of good standard..The humility and etiquette. Of the higher management staff too quite appreciable... Altogether my buying experience was excellent ,in all objective parameters. Hence I have no second thoughts in recommending all who need Electrical and Plumbing materials to visit MAHADEVA , West of Iron bridge.
Big showroom provides a less crowd and a hassle free purchase especially during this covid time. When compared to other electric shop they provide the maximum discount even for a small purchase that too with a GST bill. They charged only Rs.35 for a legrand 16 amp switch where as a near by electric shop cost me Rs.40 for the same item. This makes a lots of difference when we buy even few items.
It's regard with replacement of flood lamp. Eventhogh the lamp was used, they treated me very well. Staff called Rajani, Chinna ( the colleagues call these names) are awesome. No dout, this is the most public friendly shope in Alappuzha town.
Very satisfied with the quality of the products. Excellent customer care service.
