Extremely unprofessional and unreliable service. Once the commission is paid, the agency completely disappears. Calls and messages are ignored, and there is zero accountability. I needed a maid replacement and despite repeated follow-ups, there was no response at all. My experience with the staff, especially Kumkum and Akash, was terrible. They were responsive only until the payment was made. After that, there was no support, no communication, and no resolution. This agency shows complete disregard for customers once they have their money. Do not work with them. I strongly recommend avoiding this service altogether.

If I good give zero stars I would. Extremely unprofessional and unapologetic about their incompetence. If you want to increase your blood pressure three times a day calling them to refund your money or reminding them to send you the help they charge you a hefty advance for, this is the right organisation for you. First, you guys were chasing me for getting the contract signed for four months and everyone was available so called general manager of your company and all that and then once the contract was signed, they were four people for Car days who interviewed with me, and I said yes to everyone, and for the first one, I said I’m not sure and I was right that she’s not looking stable and she left in two days now I am without a mate and then you send me profiles two profiles yesterday and today when I said no, and when I said yes, now you are taking time forever, there is no Maid being there now, and being told that the service has started, so they’ll be no refund, so that is your policy, and you want utilise the power of by keeping my money do that I will do whatever I can definitely report this matter to my local Paul Station. I don’t care what happens. I will see what I can do. Okay if you can, if you don’t arrange a maid till tomorrow, I will do whatever I can. Thank you.

Worst services.They do not care to pick up the phone.No co ordination with sales team &back office.Replacement takes long time &no proper response.Don't get hooked by these company.

A dependable option for household help. Profiles were shared properly, which made selection easy.

They call you everyday twice or thrice and they spent half an hour on phone discussing what you need just to get the initial deposit amount. They do not provide any certificate of the maid. Maids they have are highly unskilled and very unprofessional. Once they take amount which is equivalent to any percentage or full amount of the maid fee, they stop receiving your calls and they block you. Highly unreliable company and very cheap people.

Highly disappointed with the services these guys are providing. At the time of onboarding they would make false commitments and agree to provide the best services of all. The moment you make the payment, all that goes down the drain. I opted for a 3-month subscription in December’24 for an all rounder maid. They assured that the staff will be provided within a week and took 2 weeks for that. They assured that if any of the staff left the replacement would be provided within not more than 3-5 days. After all this, they could only provide one staff by January who stayed for hardly a month and left unannounced. Been 5 months ever since and I’m still waiting for them to provide me a replacement! They would keep responding to me that we are short listing a profile for you but to no avail! Oh and there’s no policy of refund so clearly I’m stuck with no way out. This is for anyone who’s planning to go ahead with them, I strongly recommend against it.
