I have increased the rating from one star to 4 stars. Thanks for the Google review system by which they immediately responded to my complaint. I recently shifted in local area in Delhi. Actually shifting work was quite good. 4 people came to my house in the early morning and packing and shifting was satisfactory. The only issue was they were delaying the refund of security money which I paid for extra cartons. Dealing hands like vaibhav mathur and Rajiv Sharma were ignoring my call. Later when I gave 1 star surender Sharma came into the picture and solved the issue. I recommend it but clear all things before paying the full amount

My experience with Mr Surendra and team has been great. He provides professional services and his team is well mannered. They employ permanent staff and do not engage temp labour.

Hi All, I had recently Shifted from Ghaziabad to Hyderabad in Feb2019 and going as per Google reviews and Sugary Talks of Mr Vaibhav Mathur we selected Mars Global Packers and Movers Pvt Limited for our Household Goods & Car Transport I would say only two things went Good for us>> 1. Timely Delivery. 2. Received all Goods. Hence the two Stars. While there is a lot of things that went bad>> 1. Shortage of Packaging Materials.- Which lead to Damage to some of our Goods Like Wooden Mandir Fence Broken, Divan having Many Scratches , Spare part of Double Bed missing and etc. 2.Unprofessional/Naive Staff- At both the ends,They were too Quick, as if in a hurry to pack and leave which have resulted into damaging goods. 3.Extra Money: The extra/Additional Money was asked at both the ends in the name of some allowances/Taxes and Tips and What Not. Then the Most disturbing thing, they had damaged our New Sofa, Just 3 Months Old. from every end, Please see the Pictures attached. >> Now even after repeated Follow up with Mr Vaibhav Mathur and Mr Sharma, there was no action take to correct the Damage or provide any compensation for the same. >> Also the Transit Insurance that we took, is I guess just for name sake,They dont look interested at all. >> After Delivery service is very poor. Hence the Rating and Review. I just wanted to Alert people going as per Google reviews for Mars Global. They did transport all the Goods but Professional Staffs,a bit of Care and after delivery service could have saved them from this review. I guess reputation does Matter in this business and you'r not earning a Good one.

Wonderful moving experience, everything done with so ease and tension free. And all the goods and furniture transferred from Noida to Bangalore safely without a single scratch.
