Pathetic service my daughter experienced. This happened yesterday. Rajkumar the owner promised storage to extra payment and yet every package came fully wet, fungus and rat infested!!! They are refusing to pay the losses too. Please do not use their services.

This company is a fraud. Please do not trust or hire them. They moved my furniture and charged extra without any justification. My ₹70,000 almirah with sliding doors was dismantled, and during transit they dropped it, causing scratches all over. On top of that, the reinstallation was extremely poor and unacceptable—the entire sliding door is now damaged with visible scratches. Despite all this, they have not refunded a single rupee. I strongly advise everyone not to go ahead with this company. Instead, choose a reliable service like Agarwal Movers and Packers.

This is my 5th experience with Max Packers. I've used them for Kochi -Bangalore-Mumbai shifting multiple times in the past. I found them post COVID and have never used another service regardless of what city I was in. Just did my 2BHK to 3BHK shifting in Mumbai. And once again, excellent team and service, the quality of the packing and the layering and the behavior and speed of the team, as always exceptional. Thank you to Sandeep the manager and the entire team. Special mention to Gautam who I felt was an exceptionally hardworking and talented man who must be given his due. Thank you.

We are forced to tip them and give them 5 star ratings, without which they won't budge. The entire team consisted of non-professionals who clearly looked like untrained men in uniform. There was a problem with communication which led to communication gap throughout. They don't have a single person who can talk or make sense or someone who is there to supervise the team. lack of Common sense is evident when we saw the level of packing. They clearly have not paid attention to our directions. Shifting is like an operation where communication and clarity are of paramount importance. We are still looking for our AC remote and some other things that are still missing or misplaced from last 4 days . I don't think so I will ever again hire them or recommend them . Pathetic service and very unprofessional. Instead of sending their proper staff they just hired local hamaals with tata Ace for my residential shifting. Not on time, 2 hrs late n dat too with 4 guys showing up at my place n by evening only 3 were thr. N i was promised for 5 staff for shifting and charged accordingly. I insisted the guy on the call to send 1 big truck or vehicle n still he send one tata Ace due to which we completed shifting early morning 6 with 4 trips. No filming or packing for my sofa, mattress n washing machine. And the same for other small stuff. Plus they even broke mine almirah mirror glass also one leg of other almirah last but not the least broke one of mine finest wine glass thereby ruining my whole set. I m sharing the pics of my shifting by which u guys can get the idea regd this company. How they do fraud with clients. They didn't even placed my things right, just dumped it. And last but not the least they just denied of taking out the fixtures from my old house. So now again I have to pay for this.to sm other vendor. Highlight was wen they finished off with their packing of bubblewrap for my crockery I was been forced to get bubble wrap from my own pocket.
