I have availed their service to shift my house.The owner is a very nice gentleman.He does proper followup till our materials reach our destination.All the workers could pack and move my household items carefully without a single damage. Worst and highly disappointed. The lady in- charge of Hubli branch Mrs Sonia Ganesh Jadhav is uncivilized, uses filthy language and threatens like a rowdy. Her colleague also uses the same tone. Workers are rough, disorganized, loud and very careless. Our neighbors were also irritated. For example, Some expensive items like washing machine and 2 AC outer boxes were brought completely uncovered though we had their specific boxes to pack, Costly blankets were wrapped like casual bedsheets and so on. They parked their vehicle in heavy rain for 3 days near our house in Chennai because of their ego without unloading our goods. We incurred heavy losses due to damage of goods, some of the pictures are enclosed. We are totally disappointed, it was a horrible service from them. This is the worst service we have seen so far and their Hubli branch in- charge Mrs Sonia Ganesh Jadhav doesn't have basic manners of communication. She is an uncultured and a cheap class person. They have to pay compensation for our losses, otherwise we are going to consumer court against them with all proofs.

I have also very very experienced with this max packers and movers... I have finalized the date and keep on remembering him that v have to shift on 4/10/2025... One day before also i remembered but at the end he didn't picked the call we were keep on trying to call him but he didn't picked our call only.... All of sudden we arranged our alternate transport and came to our location... Really very bad service.. don't believe this service...

Very very WORST people with no ethnic. They pick up your goods, takes full amount, and keep them on their godowns then switch off their phones. WORST service ever. I called them 100 times to SONIA GANESH JADHAV AND HER BOSS, they had blocked my number. I went to POLICE and raised complaint then got my goods which was promised to be sent in 2 day but got after 15 days. NEVER GO FOR THIS PACKERS AND MOVERS.

Worst experience with this Max Packers and Movers, the person incharge behave as rowdy, He says if you don't pay advance in full then he will take my items to his godown. And they also don't provide any kind of acknowledgement for items to be carried. How can we track them without proper paperwork of items carried

We have recently posted a review, now Gokul is blackmailing us saying he will not send out stuff unless we remove the review, or else we need to pay again to all cargo. He shipped the material through all cargo Gati, not sure if Gati person is also involved, but he is also pushing us to remove review.

MAX is a fraud company, illegal, and has no GSTIN. They don't do your work directly, they subcontract to different agencies so they move back immediately after payment. If you have never met a witch before, approach Max for house shifting, you can meet the witch, her name is Sonia, a useless female with no literacy and 0 respect. You surrender your Goods, that's it, she will agitate you so much and demand 120%, more than what was agreed and they will vanish after they collect money and come back all of a sudden when you are worried, asking you to arrange manpower for unloading. Things will seem smooth until they load, later Sonia and Gokul, with their greedy intentions will ruin your peace completely. I received many things broken and some missing. Don't go with their fake reviews.
