Rate - 0/5 Rude behavior, charge for loading , unloading in bill. Then why they running this service. Dont ever go in car, they hassle your money by extra load fees they dont allow you to take our parcel, thay ask for 50.rs extra to take to our car. Worst.... never recommended.. damaged parcel.

Booked single sharing sleeper in the front but changed to two sharing sleeper at the last row. Reason what they gave was amazing - 2 parallel bookings from Red bus and Abhi bus aam. Software APP design guy would hang for hearing such lame reasons. When I verified the chart, only my name was listed. So it was a total lie. It s Ok to tell, sir u r seat was given to women and child passenger is completely acceptable.. but to lie what makes these ppl totally unworthy..

Really disappointed with MSS. No update on my delivery for four days, and no one bothered to answer my calls or messages despite multiple attempts to reach them. On top of that, they charged an extra ₹80 for unloading, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand and definitely isn’t fair. Poor communication, poor service — not recommended at all.

Never ever book through this branch or try to get it delivered here. Nobody will respond. Their response will be so useless, they wont even be ready to search for any parcel which in in their branch. Such lazy and useless people.

Worst parcel service. I have sent my Bic from erode to hosur. Heavy demage on my vehicle. Kindly don't prefer these people for Bic parcel. They don't ship the vehicle properly.

Worst response by booking in person they didn't respond to any of our queries and also they didn't provide any details regarding the bus number and tracking details and so on worst service.
