Worst service and do not send any urgent delivery through these people. They will not deliver ontime and their staffs are helpless and no clue to answer us. When you ask for delivery they will tell check in the booking location. This is not once or twice it is happening frequently with them . Find a better alternative . Giving single star as it will not allow to post this without single star

WORST Courier Experience – Mettur Transports is Completely Unreliable I booked a courier with Mettur Transports from Chennai to Kovilpatti on Saturday. At the time of booking, they confidently told me it would be delivered by Monday evening or Tuesday morning. It's now Saturday morning — a full week later — and I still haven’t received my parcel. From Tuesday onwards, I kept calling them — 20+ times over several days — with no answer. On Thursday, someone finally picked up and casually told me there was an issue between the driver and the loadman, hence the delay. No apology, no update from their side — I had to beg for answers. They said the parcel would come Friday morning, but again, nothing. After multiple calls, they told me it might come Friday night. That didn’t happen either. And now it's Saturday morning, and there's still no parcel, no call, and no response. This is beyond frustrating. Mettur Transports made fake promises, showed zero responsibility, and failed to even communicate basic updates to the customer. If they can’t deliver a parcel in 7 days and can’t pick up a phone or reply honestly, they shouldn't be in the logistics business at all. I will never recommend them to anyone. One of the worst courier experiences I've ever had.

Very disappointed with Mettur Transport. They damaged my bike twice, and I had to spend over ₹3000 on repairs. Despite informing them, there was no proper response or accountability. Extremely careless handling and very poor service overall. I would not recommend them to anyone transporting vehicles.

Never choose mss parcel for transporting your bike. They won't deliver any parcel within the next day of your booking. I sent my bike from koyambedu to kovilpatti. It's been five days but I still haven't received my bike. While booking for courier they said that the bike will be delivered within 36 hours, but it's been 5 days. I tried to reach the koyambedu office to inquire, the staff is very rude and not even responding properly. He continuously says your bike will get delivered by tomorrow, for 4 days. I neither know if my bike has left Chennai nor the location of my bike. The office staff in koyambedu is not responding properly and when I tried reaching them through 24*7 helpline number the number was switched off. I don't know what to do. If you want to lose your peace of mind, wake up with tension, choose the mss parcel service. I don't know how much damage my bike will have.
